Pandemic life can be mentally exhausting and taxing. Luckily, there are a few classes designed to help us through it.
Udemy offers a number of Personal Development classes, including one entitled Anxiety Boot Camp with downloadable videos and MP3s, while The American Red Cross is offering a class they call Psychological First Aid “to build resilience and support yourself and others through this crisis, including how to recognize and manage stress and how to lend support to family members, friends and coworkers during and following the COVID-19 outbreak.”

Fitness
Fitness
Don’t worry, no one’s making you suit up in a P.E. uniform for gym class. But online fitness classes are popping up everywhere. Some of our faves include M/Body and Tracy Anderson which are both offering Zoom classes and memberships.
Or for those of you looking for a little more “in person” guidance, try out Mirror, the amazing new virtual Home Gym that offers fitness classes from top trainers all through their innovative interactive Mirror device.
