We want you to know that we are in this with you and here to help. 

We understand that Internet is, now more than ever, an essential service, and are committed to delivering it as we adapt to new working and social environments. Rest assured, our network is secure and will continue to be monitored 24/7.

Due to the increased calls and questions we have received about new Internet installs, we wanted to let you know that as of right now, we are still accepting new customers. As a company, we are following the precautions and guidelines provided by the CDC and public officials and taking proactive steps to reduce risk to our customers and technicians. (All technicians have been provided with gloves, shoe covers and masks, and will be practicing social distancing, frequent hand-washing and sanitizing. As always, any technician who is feeling sick will be taken off the schedule immediately and will be required to stay home.)

We are also able to remotely upgrade any current BAI customers who would like higher speeds to accommodate their needs right now.

We are committed to serving you during this time of uncertainty as we all attempt to slow the spreading of the COVID-19 virus.

We know that Internet is extremely important to all of us as we adapt to new working and social environments. Rest assured, Bel Air Internet will continue to deliver the high-quality high-speed Internet you expect from us, which will still be monitored 24/7.

We plan to keep the Bel Air Internet offices open and will continue to watch and follow CDC recommendations. (Regardless, our network will remain up because our engineers and support team can work remotely if necessary).
