BAI Live’s Temporary Internet helps fuel the most interactive Golden Globe red carpet ever

The 2017 Golden Globes had everyone breaking into song celebrating La La Land’s epic seven wins, but the real story is how interactive the Red Carpet was this year, truly allowing viewers to feel like they were part of the action.

Whether it was Facebook’s exclusive 360-degree video that featured video from the point of view of several celebrities and attendees – or Twitter live streaming the carpet – or the slew of celebrities using the new Instagram Live features to document their fave moments on the carpet, online media took a front seat this year.

Bel Air Internet was front and center to power the red carpet with our Pop Up Internet, fueling it with enough bandwidth for all the sharing and streaming to go off without a hitch. And even though it was our fifth year in a row providing Internet for the event, it never gets old!

From Lily Collin’s gorgeous, dreamlike Insta-posts to the red carpet to Kristin Bell’s hilarious (and all-too-candid!) Instagram Story, the Golden Globes shined harder than ever this year.

BAI Live, a division of Bel Air Internet, provides Pop Up Internet, Managed Wi-Fi and Streaming Services to events, concerts, festivals and conferences throughout Southern California and Las Vegas.
